Family Night Out: Laser Quest & Fuddruckers Fundraising Event

Enjoy some fun with your family on February 27th between 4PM and 9PM at LaserQuest and Fuddruckers.  Funds will be donated to the Northside Education Foundation iGniTe fund helping students and teachers with innovative projects.

Volunteers are needed for this event.  We are signing up volunteers for one hour increments between 4:00 – 9:00.  We have 3 different Fuddruckers locations (410/Ingram, Colonade, and Helotes) and Laser Quest (6420 NW Loop 410).  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us at  fundraising@gteac.org with your contact information, location you would like to volunteer at, and time.

Bowling & Silent Auction Extravaganza

Tomorrow is the day for our fundraiser!  Come out to Bandera Bowl from 2-4 tomorrow (November 2)  to help raise funds for the iGniTe fund.  This fund was established to help our district GT/Enrichment Program with local grants.  The Silent Auction will include 41 items ranging from move tickets, Schlitterbahn Waterpark passes, restaurant certificates, and James Avery jewelry.

We are in search of volunteers for our Bowling Extravaganza and Silent Auction on November 2.  Volunteer positions and shift times we need to fill:

Set Up for Silent Auction 12:30 – 1:00

Monitoring Silent Auction 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00, and 3:00-4:00

Will Call Tickets  1:00-2:30 and 2:30-4:00

Ticket Sales   1:00-2:30 and 2:30-4:00

Lane Assignments  2:30-4:00
