Volunteers are needed for the Laser Quest & Fuddruckers Family Night Out on Thursday, February 26. We are signing up volunteers for one hour increments between 4:00 – 9:00. We need volunteers to work at the table and pass out GTEAC literature. If you are volunteering at Fuddruckers, you will also be collecting donated receipts. We meed volunteer for the 3 different Fuddruckers locations (410/Ingram, Colonnade, and Bandera/1604 Helotes). We will be meeting at 5:30 Driggers Elementary Cafeteria this Thursday, January 15. We will have the opportunity to meet our new director and staff. We will also be discussing our fundraising for February.

Just a reminder that there is no December meeting this week. Our first meeting of the year will be January 15th and our new director, Courtney Mayer, will be in attendance. It will be at 5:30 at Driggers Elementary. In case you are working on next years calendar and marking in your big events, be sure to pencil in February 26th for the Fudruckers & LaserQuest Fundraiser Night.

We are in search of volunteers for our Bowling Extravaganza and Silent Auction on October 18. Shift times are for an hour and a half. We need volunteers for ticket sales, will call tickets, lane assignments, and monitoring the silent auction.
